By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access, browse, or purchase from our Site.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through accepted payment methods listed at checkout.

  • All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details.

  • By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer shipping within Canada and select international destinations. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, Yorkton Pharmacy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • Orders are processed within standard business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we cannot be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • All sales are final unless the item is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind, dislike, or incorrect orders.

  • To request an exchange or report a damaged item, contact us within the stated timeframe in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Perishable items (including snacks, edibles, or food products) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

10. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

  • Proof of shipment and confirmed delivery constitutes fulfillment of our obligation to you.

  • Filing a credit card chargeback after valid delivery or without contacting us for resolution is considered fraudulent behavior and may result in legal action or collection proceedings.

  • All disputes must first be directed to yorktonpharma@gmail.com, where we will make reasonable efforts to find a fair resolution within 10 business days.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
