Yorkton Pharmacy Shipping Policy

At Yorkton Pharmacy, we’re dedicated to delivering your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery throughout Canada.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping within Canada only. Orders placed from addresses outside of Canada cannot be processed at this time.


2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly, but we’ll always communicate any delays when possible.


3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer flat‑rate nationwide shipping across Canada based on the total weight of your order:

  • $20.00 CAD flat rate for packages weighing 0kg – 2.27kg

  • $30.00 CAD flat rate for packages weighing 2.28kg and over

Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout based on your cart weight.

Delivery estimates:

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location within Canada.

  • All delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, peak volumes, or regional delays.


4. Local Pick‑Up and Delivery

  • In‑store pick‑up: Available at 2-398 Broadway Street West, Yorkton, SK. You’ll receive an email or text once your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).

  • Local delivery: Available within the city of Yorkton. 


5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking number.

  • Tracking updates and delivery status are provided by the carrier.

  • Yorkton Pharmacy is not responsible for delivery delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.


6. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or delivery refusal will incur additional re‑shipment charges.

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable once the order has shipped.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered received and fulfilled.

  • Yorkton Pharmacy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
