Yorkton Pharmacy Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Yorkton Pharmacy, we’re dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional service. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following policy applies to all online and in-store purchases.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • All purchases are considered final sale unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, product dislike, or mistaken orders.

  • Please review product information carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery or purchase.

  • Proof of damage must include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  • Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

    • Replacement of the item (subject to availability),

    • Exchange for a similar product, or

    • Store credit if a replacement is not available.

  • We may request that the original item be returned before a replacement or credit is issued.

3. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error or fault on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product integrity and safety, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care items or cosmetics that have been opened or used

  • Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items

  • Custom-made or special-order products

5. Proof of Delivery & Chargebacks

  • Once tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, the order is considered complete and fulfilled.

  • Yorkton Pharmacy does not assume responsibility for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

  • In the event of a chargeback dispute, we will provide delivery confirmation and customer communications as supporting evidence.

  • By completing a purchase, customers agree to these terms, acknowledging that claims for delivered orders will not qualify for a refund or reversal.
